Ps & Gs Baby Bank

Our Baby Bank aims to support new and expectant parents, particularly those in financial difficulty, by providing a Starter Pack of essentials for mum and baby and connecting you with people and a service who know the ups and downs of being a parent/carer. We can offer tailored packs and support for families, as well as information on services across Edinburgh. We hope and pray this project will support you and your family in a really practical way.

We’d love to welcome you along to our Babies and Toddlers session(s) on Thursdays from 10.00 - 11.30 am and 2.00 - 3.30 pm where you will be able to meet our lovely volunteers and other parents/carers from across Edinburgh. We serve tea & coffee, biscuits and cakes for our parents/carers and snacks for your little ones. There is a special baby area and our main space is open for toddlers to play. To receive a Starter Pack, please complete and return the Referral Form below to Rachel (children@psandgs.org.uk) so that we can arrange the right support for you and your family. We’ve created a list of other support/services across Edinburgh which you can also find below.

As well as the Starter Packs and Mother's Packs, we can source pre-owned items upon request. The items we can source include cots, prams, baby baths, bouncer chairs and baby carriers etc.

Donations

If you would like to donate clothes or anything else to our Baby Bank, please contact Rachel (children@psandgs.org.uk).  Please be aware that we are very limited on storage space so may be unable to take donations.
